Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days. 

Excluding weekends and UK holidays.

Extended processing time may be needed at high traffic times of the year such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas etc.

Any order with Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm ordered after 12:00 pm Monday - Thursday will be shipped the next business day. 
(Any orders after 12:00pm Friday - Sunday will be shipped Monday).

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do our utmost to deliver to any address you require. However, this may not be possible with our chosen delivery agent. If this is the case we will get in touch to confirm an alternative address you would like your package delivered.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm this and if your postage includes a tracking number, this will be within your email.
(Note: Not all shipping options include tracking)

 

UK Postage Redelivery

If Royal Mail attempts delivery of your package and you're not available, you will have 18 calendar days to collect the package/arrange redelivery before they send it back to us. If this happens, there will be a resend charge to cover the additional postage to resend at the current postage rate.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Peachi Prints is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as possible upon receipt and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This is so that we can evaluate the issue and do our best to urgently resolve this for you.
